License Agreement

1. Who this license is granted to

This license is granted to the individual who purchased Flint Design System ("you" or "the licensee"). The rights granted depend on the license tier purchased at checkout.

  • Solo — Licensed for use by 1 named user.
  • Team — Licensed for use by up to 5 users within the same company or organisation.
  • Unlimited — Licensed for use by any number of users within the same company or organisation.

A "user" is any individual who directly accesses, uses, or works within the Flint Figma file or any file derived from it.

2. What you can do

Subject to the terms of this agreement and your license tier, you may:

  • Use Flint in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
  • Modify Flint to suit your project — including changing variable values, adding components, and customising the system for your own needs.
  • Publish Flint as a shared Figma library within your company or organisation, provided the number of users with access does not exceed your license tier.
  • Deliver finished work to clients. If a project built using Flint results in a Figma file being handed off to a client, that is permitted. The client may use and edit that file for their own project purposes.

3. What you cannot do

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or provide access to the Flint file — or any file that is primarily a copy or repackaging of it — to anyone outside your licensed user count. This includes sharing via Figma Community, cloud storage, file hosting, or any other means.
  • Resell or sublicense Flint, in whole or in part, whether for profit or for free.
  • Use Flint as the basis for a competing design system product, UI kit, or template that is sold or distributed to others.
  • Remove or alter any attribution, license, or copyright notices within the Flint file.

4. Updates

Your license includes lifetime access to all future updates of Flint Design System for the Figma file. Updates will be delivered via email to the address used at purchase.

This license covers the Figma file product only. Any future products are separate and may require a separate purchase.

5. Ownership

Flint Design System remains the intellectual property of its creator. This license grants you the right to use Flint under these terms — it does not transfer ownership of the product or any part of it to you.

6. No warranty

Flint Design System is provided as-is. No warranty is given, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Use of Flint is at your own discretion and risk.
