These terms govern your purchase and use of Flint Design System. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you have any questions, contact [email protected].

Flint Design System is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom.

The product

Flint Design System is a Figma design system file ("the Product") sold as a digital download. Purchasing gives you access to the Figma file and any future updates to that file, as described below.

Licence

Purchasing the Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it according to the tier you purchased. Licence tiers and their permitted uses are described on the product listing at the time of purchase.

Regardless of tier, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or any part of it
• Share the file with anyone not covered by your licence tier
• Present the Product as your own original work
• Use the Product to create a competing design system product for sale

Updates

Your purchase includes all future updates to the Figma file. "Lifetime updates" refers specifically to the Figma file and nothing else.

Any future products — including but not limited to code component libraries, plugins, or add-ons — are separate products and are not included in your current purchase. Pricing and availability of such products, if and when they are released, will be determined at that time.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party platforms (currently Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad). By completing a purchase you agree to their applicable terms.

As a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something is not working as expected, reach out at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Product — including its structure, architecture, variable naming conventions, and documentation — remains owned by the creator. Your licence grants you the right to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership of any kind.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided as-is. While every effort is made to ensure quality and accuracy, no warranty is made that the Product will meet every specific requirement or be free from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim arising from your use of the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. No liability is accepted for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Product after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
